My Yoga


Oh how I love yoga! It’s so good for your body and soul. For the past 10 years I’ve been practicing Iyengar Yoga. I make sure to practice at least once a week wherever I go, from India to Switzerland, when I'm in the desert or when I'm the busiest city, I take classes with different teachers and enjoy a new vibe, meet new people, that though different, we all speak the same Iyengar Yoga language. How amazing is that?

The Iyengar Yoga was developed by master B.K.S. Iyengar (who recently past away), more than 60 years ago. In the class we work on strength, flexibility and balance, coordinating breathing and poses that require precise body alignment. Because of it’s slow pace and attention to details, Iyengar yoga is great for my back pain after the long hours at the studio.




Yoga clears my head, it allows me to relax, think, and get inspired. I’ve noticed I can concentrate more on my posture, my breathing and my body when I’m wearing comfortable cloths in my yoga session, perfectly fit for this form of exercise. And since I’m a big believer in the saying ‘You’re most beautiful when you’re comfortable’, I design cloths that will make you happy, comfortable and beautiful, all day, every day, for every activity, from work to workout. 

Every Friday I take a 90 min. class, in the studio around the corner from my house. I love starting my weekend with some peace and quiet, to unwind and relax after the long week I'm leaving behind.
